This Memorandum of Understanding (this “Agreement”) is made as of the date of submittal, by and between the Voice of Choice, “Subdue the Bully,” a non-profit organization incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania and the organization/individual (organization/individual named). Together herein, Voice of Choice, “Subdue the Bully” and the Named Organization shall be referred to as the (“Parties”).

Purpose

The Parties wish to establish a cooperative alliance for the purpose of delivering structured and specific teaching modules to help empower individuals to address bullying through education and awareness.

Responsibilities

Voice of Choice “Subdue the Bully”

• Voice of Choice will provide teaching modules to the Organization/individual named
• Voice of Choice will provide access to selected teaching modules to Organization/individual named once purchase is completed
• Voice of Choice will provide a teaching seminar to provide insight and training for later use of the above mentioned teaching modules
• Voice of Choice will provide Founder and Executive Director, Linda Ewing, as a motivational speaker at the agreed upon event

Named Organization

• Organization/individual named will provide Voice of Choice with a list of possible dates for speaking engagement if that service is agreed upon by both parties
• Organization/individual named will provide prompt and full payment to Voice of Choice upon accepting of this agreement
